On January 17, the children's service department conducted a loud reading "Кітаппен бірге өсеміз" - "Growing up with a book" in group 4 of the kindergarten "Айналайн", which was attended by 15 people.
The host of the event is the employee of the library Novikova Marina Petrovna told that in January 390 years the wonderful French storyteller Charles Perrault turns 39 and that the same day the birth of another remarkable Soviet writer Mikhail Mikhailovich Prishvin is celebrated. The guys learned a lot of interesting facts about writers: Charles Perrault wrote the very first children's book - before him no one ever wrote specifically for children, and Mikhail Mikhailovich Prishvin became famous as a singer of Russian nature. He traveled a lot in Karelia. Thus appeared his famous work "In the Edge of the Scared Bird", for which the writer was awarded the Medal of the Imperial Geographical Society.
The children were read excerpts from the fairy tale "Little Red Riding Hood" by Charles Perrault and the "Beast-Chipmunk" by M. M. Prishvin. They liked the event very much: they looked at the colorful illustrations of books with great interest, talked with pleasure about what fairy tales they like, and what characters they like in these tales.
